Closing Your ZoomCash Account

If you decide to close your ZoomCash account, follow these simple steps:

1. Pay Off Outstanding Loans
   Use the ZoomCash mobile app to settle all outstanding loans before initiating the account deletion process.
2. Delete Your Account
   Navigate to the Account Deletion page in the ZoomCash app. Click on Permanently Delete Account and confirm your decision.

Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be permanently erased.
